What distinguishes this latest offering from Felly is its genuinely eclectic chillin atmosphere. Dj, Producer, saxophonist, guitarist, playing with big names artists as COPYRIGHT, JAMIE LEWIS and partys as DEFECTED IN THE HOUSE in south France, Felly knows his stuff, and as a result he doesn't have to lean on any big names or to add some spurious lustre (or commercial value) to his tracks. ALI SURAL, PRODUCER,DJ,MUSICIAN, born in Istanbul, in 1972. He used to interest music in the very early years. When he was 16, his profesional music life started as a DJ. He was preparing his own mixes and displaying the songs in the clubs where he was working as a DJ and he was also performing some special albums with the songs he remixed. In 1991 he started playing bass guitar and he set up a 'rock band' where he can perform his own arrangements. With this 'rock band' they had the change to take stage on Istanbul's popular rock bars. In the middle of 90's as the electronic music become more popular than ever, he decided to keep going as a DJ. In 2002 he set up a new group named 'Main Project'. This was really a very special project. Because for the very first time Main Project, connected live performans with electronic music on stage. Ali Sural made the arrangements of the songs that they are going to play and also he played bass guitar on stage with the group. One of the most important characteristic detail for the group is' they are the group of 'the firsts of all'. By Ali Sural created his own style by mixing the Turkish characteristic melodies with electronic music, Main Project became a very popular group. In 2004 a traditional competition named "Halici-Midi" Ali Sural take the first place with the song he performed by mixing Turkish characteristic melodies with electronic music. The following year he had another award caming from, one of the most important competition named i-Can. In the mean time he is carrying on his performances with the group Main Project, he is performing jingles for the big companies, making arrangements and also he is preparing programs for Radio OXI-GEN 96.0 Istanbul. After studying five years of international trade at university,realizing some facts of life i decided quiting school & started singing (with my dad's spiritual support),got together with a band under the name 'SAYDAM',started playing at various places and i even remember singing 'bare feet' on stage with such pleasure-covering songs of various bands ranging from air,tori amos to aretha franklin.We spent 5 yrs together but had to split up unfortunately:( Spending long months under depression i got the will to continue singing but never wanting going 'solo' and prefering projects.I worked with Keisa Brown(the wonderful angel we lost a few months back from cancer)she taught me a lot!!Now i've started performing with a band named 'Main Project'at the moment under house & funk tunes,created a new project called 'The KillerLips'* having real fun with it,kinda indie & spiritual:)singing covers with a band named 'Galactica' with my vokal friend & doing back vokals for a successful Turkish singer i call 'boss',for experience as well as the income :) the experiment continues... **THE REMIXERS** JEDSET (France) www.djjedset.com/ www.myspace.com/jedset
